/ 20.6.2007 / CSS invest s.r.o. changed property structure. 20th JUNE 2007 was approved two third transmission of CSS invest s.r.o. business share to investment company MAENTIVA a.s. by general meeting and notarial registration NR 134/2007.
Contracts about salling of business share between controlling company CSS spedition s.r.o. and investment company MAENTIVA, a.s., were signed on base of elaborate expert evidence no. 190/2007 by authorized expert in ecomony branch, named for this purpouse decree Regional court in České Budějovice.
Company CSS invest s.r.o., gotdue to this acquisition fiscally powerful partner for realization of planned strategic aims.
